Adam has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne with a Major in Criminology and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. Adam was admitted to practice in 2001. In 2007 he became a principal of the firm.
Adam practices in the area of general litigation, including commercial litigation, personal injury, defamation, insurance law, discrimination (equal opportunity) and employment law, trade practices and debt recovery including commercial recovery. Adam also practices in corporation’s law, including insolvency. He has also developed a practice in criminal law. This includes defence of all criminal charges against individuals including “white collar” criminal defence, as well as representing corporations with respect to statutory and regulatory breaches.
