Bernie was a principal of the firm from 1972 to 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice in 1970.

Bernie is an experienced litigator and his litigation practice has included acting for insurers and defending all types of claims, as well as bringing personal injury/compensation claims in all Victorian and Federal courts and tribunals. Bernie's practice also comprises:
