Bernie holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice in 1970. He has been a principal of the firm since 1972, initially working in commercial law.
Bernie is an experienced litigator and his litigation practice has included acting for insurers and defending all types of claims, as well as bringing personal injury/compensation claims in all Victorian and Federal courts and tribunals. Bernie's practice also comprises:
- WorkCover and TAC claims (including Common Law actions)
- Commercial litigation
- Major debt recovery
