Career summary

Eitan completed a double degree comprising of a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours at Deakin University in 2006.  He completed his articles in the Litigation department of the firm and was admitted to practice in February 2008.

Eitan practices in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on personal injuries, medical negligence, WorkCover and TAC as well as commercial litigation.  He has been involved in actions brought in the Magistrates' Court, the County Court and the Supreme Court of Victoria, as well as in some of Victoria's tribunals.

In 2008, Eitan commenced a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne (whilst continuing to work full time)  He is focusing on litigation.

Eitan was made an associate of the firm in July 2009.
