Career summary

Kath was admitted to practice in 1990, and has been a principal of the firm since 1996. She has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence from Monash University.

Kath commenced practicing in the areas of property and litigation. She subsequently broadened her practice to include the areas of Elder Law, Deceased Estates and Wills where she has developed the firm's business providing more complex Estate Planning advice. Her practice also includes litigation in the area of Family Provision (Part IV Claims).

Kath supervises the conveyancing performed by the firm's Conveyancing Clerks, and her commercial and general property practice includes commercial leasing, sales and purchases of business, sales and purchases of commercial property, subdivisions and general property law. Kath also assists training junior solicitors and trainees.

Kath is married with two young sons.
