Career summary
Michael was admitted to practice in 1981 and has been a principal of the firm since 1985. He has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
Michael has a broad-based administrative law and common law practice that includes employment related litigation, discrimination law and personal injury litigation. He has extensive experience in litigating in all state and federal jurisdictions.
In the employment law area, Michael offers general legal advice to employers and employees including the drafting of agreements and policies.
He has an important role training Williams Winter's junior solicitors, and is usually the principal to one of our articled clerks.
Michael is married with two adult children.
